By accessing the FactoraHub repository, you enter into a binding agreement to abide by our global intelligence protocols. Unauthorized extraction of data, automated crawling, or interference with our data matrix is strictly prohibited.
02. Intellectual Proprietary
All analytical logs, journalism, and investigative reporting transmitted through FactoraHub are the exclusive property of our network. Reproduction, re-transmission, or commercial use without explicit clearance from the Bureau is a violation of international copyright law.
03. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use this data node for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, using bots, scripts, or scrapers to harvest institutional intelligence for high-frequency replication.
